VERY IMPORTANT
If you have medical insurance, to be assessed and treated, it is essential that you have a letter of referral from your GP. If you are self-funding, then a GP letter is still preferred, but you may make your own appointment. It is always a good idea to discuss any treatment with your GP, but you have the right not to. We will routinely keep your GP informed at all times, unless you specifically request in writing that this should not be the case.

A GP Information Letter click here is provided that you can print off and give to your doctor. The treatments that we provide at SVC are relatively new and many family doctors have limited experience or knowledge of them. Your doctor may find this information useful.
